Training Goal:
SSI - Six Sigma & Innovation offers a challenging training program led by experienced trainers. In an intensive, practice-oriented training, the participants learn the individual phases in the realization of 8D reports. They are empowered to lead project teams, to select the appropriate Six Sigma DMAIC tools, to successfully apply them, and to successfully achieve 8D reports. The attendees work on an 8D report confirmed by the project champion (management of the company) and thus achieve savings.

Certification:
After the end of the course, the participant receives the "Certificate 8D Report Training".

2 Days On-Line Training with minimum 4 participants
